These terms explain how personalised wall stickers are created, approved and ordered through Peel.
What Peel sells
Peel sells personalised wall stickers created from customer prompts. Each sticker is custom-made for the order from the design you review before checkout.
Creating your sticker
You describe your idea, Peel helps create a design, and you can review and refine it before ordering. After payment, we check the artwork and prepare it for print production.
Your responsibilities
Please check names, dates, wording, colours, size and order details carefully before ordering. You are responsible for prompts, names, text and images that you have the right to use, and for providing an accurate delivery address.
AI, artwork and intellectual property
Peel uses AI-assisted tools to help create personalised artwork. AI-generated designs may not be unique, and similar prompts can sometimes produce similar results. Please only submit prompts, names, images or ideas that you have the right to use. We cannot create designs that copy protected characters, brands, logos, celebrities, sports teams, franchises or another artist's distinctive style.
Requests we cannot create
We may refuse, cancel or ask you to change a request if we believe it could infringe someone else's rights, break the law, be unsafe, be offensive, or be unsuitable for production as a sticker. If we cancel an order before production because we cannot safely fulfil it, we will refund any payment you have made for that order.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown before checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Peel does not store your full card details. Peel Studio Limited is not VAT registered, so no VAT number is shown.
Production and delivery
Each Peel sticker is custom-made after approval. Artwork checks, image verification and production can take up to 72 hours before dispatch. From dispatch, Peel Standard delivery usually takes 2–3 working days. From dispatch, Peel Express delivery is next working day. Express delivery does not mean your sticker arrives the next working day after you order: artwork checks, image verification and production happen first and can take up to 72 hours. Delivery timings are estimates and may vary depending on production capacity, courier performance and public holidays. If there is a material delay with your order, we will try to let you know.
Change-of-mind cancellations and returns
Because each Peel sticker is custom-made to your specifications, the standard 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right for online purchases does not normally apply. We therefore cannot usually cancel, refund or accept returns simply because you change your mind or would have preferred a different design, colour, style, size, layout or wording.
Faulty, damaged or misdescribed stickers
If your sticker is faulty, damaged in delivery, materially misdescribed or not produced from the design you ordered, contact support@peelstudio.uk and we will review the issue. Where a problem is confirmed, we will offer the remedy required by law, which may include a replacement, reprint or refund.
Damage to walls and surfaces
Peel stickers are intended for suitable smooth, clean and dry indoor surfaces. Application or removal can affect paint, wallpaper or other surfaces depending on their condition, preparation and the care taken. We are not responsible for damage caused by unsuitable surfaces, incorrect application or incorrect removal, except where the damage is caused by our negligence or the sticker itself is faulty. This does not limit any liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Approved design and colour variation
Colours may look slightly different on screen compared with the printed sticker because screens, brightness settings, materials and print processes vary. If the sticker matches the design you ordered, we cannot usually refund or replace it because you later decide you do not like the design or colour.
Privacy and data
We use customer information to create previews, process orders, provide support and fulfil purchases. We may also use your email to send Peel offers and inspiration where you have opted in or where otherwise permitted by law. Service messages about your design, order, payment or delivery are separate and may still be sent when needed. Our Privacy Policy explains this in more detail: /privacy.
Marketing communications
If you choose to receive them, Peel may email you about offers, inspiration and updates. You can change your marketing preference or unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary service messages about your design, order, payment or delivery.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, Peel is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate customer information, unsuitable surfaces, incorrect application or use outside the product guidance.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Peel develops. The terms shown on the website when you place your order apply to that order.
