This notice explains how Peel handles the information needed to create, approve and fulfil your custom wall sticker.
Peel Studio Limited is the controller for personal information collected through peelstudio.uk. Contact: privacy@peelstudio.uk.
We may collect your name, email address, delivery address, payment status, order details, prompt text, edit instructions, reference images you choose to upload, generated and approved artwork, product choices and support messages. Separately, we collect limited pseudonymous usage information for first-party funnel analytics, including a session identifier, page path, first-touch campaign information, referrer hostname, coarse device category and allowlisted funnel outcomes.
We use information to create previews, support edits, check and fulfil orders, process payments, provide support, manage accounts where used, prevent misuse and improve Peel. We may also send offers and inspiration where permitted and where you have chosen to receive them.
We use information where needed to perform a contract, pursue our legitimate interests in running and protecting Peel, meet legal obligations or because you have given consent. You can withdraw marketing consent or unsubscribe at any time by using the link in a marketing email or contacting privacy@peelstudio.uk. Necessary service messages are separate.
To create and check designs, process payments and fulfil orders, we may share relevant information with AI, payment, print, delivery, hosting and support providers. Payments are processed by Stripe and Peel does not store full card details. Some providers may process data outside the UK, using appropriate safeguards where required.
After a genuine order is dispatched, Peel may share your name, email address, order reference and the information contained in the dispatch email with Trustpilot so that Trustpilot can send one neutral review invitation on Peel's behalf. Trustpilot processes this invitation data as Peel's service provider. Peel uses the feedback to understand and improve the customer experience. You can object to future review invitations by contacting privacy@peelstudio.uk.
We use essential cookies and session storage to keep the site working, remember your design flow and protect checkout. We also use limited pseudonymous first-party usage information to understand funnel performance. Raw event-level analytics are retained for up to 6 months. Acquisition source, medium, campaign and referrer hostname linked to completed orders are retained for up to 12 months after the order was created, then cleared without deleting the order. Genuinely anonymised aggregate statistics may be retained longer. Prompts, images, names, emails, addresses, payment details, analytics IP addresses and raw browser identifiers are excluded from analytics. We do not use advertising pixels or third-party analytics, and you can opt out on /cookies. We keep other information only as long as needed for service, support, security, legal and accounting purposes. We do not sell personal information.
You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to use of your information, and to data portability where applicable. To make a privacy request, email privacy@peelstudio.uk.
We may update this Privacy Policy as Peel develops. The latest version will be shown on this website.
