After you approve your design, we check the artwork before it is prepared for print so issues can be caught before your sticker is made. You should still carefully check names, spelling and size before approving.
Artwork checks, image verification and production can take up to 72 hours before dispatch. From dispatch, Peel Standard delivery usually takes 2–3 working days. From dispatch, Peel Express delivery is next working day. Express delivery does not mean your sticker arrives the next working day after you order: artwork checks, image verification and production happen first and can take up to 72 hours. Delivery timings are estimates and we will contact you if there is a material delay.
No. We create original designs only and cannot copy protected characters or branded artwork, including Disney characters, football logos, famous characters, celebrities, sports teams or logos. If your idea is inspired by something well-known, we can help create an original alternative.
Email returns@peelstudio.uk as soon as possible, ideally within 14 days, with your order reference and clear photos of the packaging and sticker. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Include the animal or breed, coat colours, distinctive markings and the pose or expression you want. Add a style, such as watercolour or playful illustration, and say where the sticker will go. Review those details in the preview and ask for changes before approving.
You can attach a reference photo when you start. Choose a clear, well-lit image with the features you want visible, and describe what matters about your pet. AI-generated artwork is an interpretation: compare the preview with your photo, check the markings and proportions, and request changes before approving. Only upload a photo you have the right to use.
Put the exact words in quotation marks, including capitals and punctuation, for example "Inca’s Food". Describe the lettering and colours you like. Check every letter in your preview before approving.
Describe the animal and the details that make your idea personal. The examples include dogs, a cat and a rabbit. You can request another animal or more than one pet in a design; check the result carefully and refine it before ordering.
Describe where you plan to put it and choose a size that fits. Peel stickers are for suitable smooth, clean and completely dry indoor surfaces. For a food container, use the outside only, away from food and water; waterproof, dishwasher and food-contact performance are not established. Check the surface guidance before applying.
