Peel creates the design, prepares it for production, and sends the finished wall sticker to your delivery address. You are ordering a physical wall sticker, not just a digital download.
Yes. You can preview your sticker and request edits before approving the final design and continuing to checkout.
After you approve your design, we check the artwork before it is prepared for print so issues can be caught before your sticker is made. You should still carefully check names, spelling and size before approving.
Artwork checks, image verification and production can take up to 72 hours before dispatch. From dispatch, Peel Standard delivery usually takes 2–3 working days. From dispatch, Peel Express delivery is next working day. Express delivery does not mean your sticker arrives the next working day after you order: artwork checks, image verification and production happen first and can take up to 72 hours. Delivery timings are estimates and we will contact you if there is a material delay.
No. We create original designs only and cannot copy protected characters or branded artwork, including Disney characters, football logos, famous characters, celebrities, sports teams or logos. If your idea is inspired by something well-known, we can help create an original alternative.
Email returns@peelstudio.uk as soon as possible, ideally within 14 days, with your order reference and clear photos of the packaging and sticker. This does not affect your statutory rights.
